This petition is to open up the CDD Facilities of Wilderness Lake Preserve following and according to the state of Florida and the governor’s timelines without deviation.
Our CDD members are elected to supervise in a quasi-governmental manner, and are not hired or elected as experts in any field hence the need for them to follow the guidelines that the governor has set forward unless they are in clear violation of our constitution.

The gym I’ve by the new coffee place is open. You fit is open. No reason that ours can’t be. Total nonsense.
There are insurance liability waivers specific to COVID-19 that residents could sign. Gyms are currently employing this practice. We could do the same.
Here, here! Unless they employ virology experts, they should not be making guidelines or bucking recommendations.
The board needs to vote that management follows state guidelines. It's a good company that should be able to pull that off with no problem.

There are definitely ways to maintain safety procedures at the gym. I just wanna work out.
