Change of Operating Rules were sent out the week of September 15th. Page 3, rule 9, states "no alcoholic beverages allowed" at the pool. This was not mentioned in the "purpose of rule change" section. By signing this petition you are stating that you disagree with the rule change and would like to continue to allow responsible alcohol consumption by the pool. The board meets on 10/19/11 to make a decision.

The board needs to stop nitpicking everything. Nobody has had a problem with responsible drinking before now. Total overreach.

Living here already costs enough. We should be able to enjoy the amenities we pay for. Keep it like it was.

If someone is causing trouble then ban them specifically but dont punish the rest of us for having a drink in the sun.

This is ridiculous. As long as people arent being idiots and smashing glass everywhere a beer at the pool is fine. Leave it alone.

Just another rule for the sake of having a rule. Typical.

I really dont see why this changed. My husband and I enjoy a glass of wine while the kids play. Why ruin it for everyone?
