The Problem
Our HOA says they've received too many phone calls regarding pool closures, broken glass, and large inflatables. The lifeguards are not on staff for lifesaving or liability purposes, they are there to enforce all pool rules and monitor the gates.
The Solution
There are multiple solutions to each problem, by SIGNING THIS PETITION you are telling the board of directors that you aren't happy with this decision. Lifeguards are an intrusive measure and it's a slippery slope towards additional oversight. We were never given any notification or a chance to object and this is our opportunity to speak up.

I agree with trhenperition for lifeguards and not enforced rules people around the pool. Seems like a waste of money
Completely agree! I feel this is a waste of our money, especially since these are not even trained lifeguards.

I am ok with 2 real lifeguards at the pool to help keep our kids safe. Please get rid of the excessive amount of “lifeguards” at the pool staring and stocking our families.
