To all those Merchant Marketers who may be feeling the same as I am. I am flabbergasted and totally disillusioned with Lyoness and why the decision has been made to let Simon Crowden (Cashback Solutions Commercial Manager – Australia & New Zealand)go. Where to from here, there is no-one left in the office that has the knowledge,expertese and understanding of not only this business but our competitors out in the market. I have no confidence left in referring other merchants to this wonderful program knowing there is now no-one left in the office that can give me and the rest of the field the answers we will need. I am sure the Corporate Employees left at the office do not know how long it takes to engage, encourage and educate Merchants about this wonderful program. IT DOSE NOT HAPPEN OVERNIGHT!! What Lyoness needs right now is stability, communication, education and someone who could lead from the front out in the field and this was SIMON. Please sign this petition if you agree that this is a very poor decision and that this decision needs to be reversed.

I must say, I feel like a mushroom. Who is there in Lyoness to provide us with information and education? We need support and education to bring SME on; it is not a simple task. Letting Simon go! what a ridiculous decision ! He had so much knowledge and so willing to share it. What is wrong with you? If you want something to succeed to don't throw the baby out with the bath water!!! This is soooo unbelievable. I'm am flabbergasted and disappointed with Lyoness's poor management and decision on this! This has been a looong struggle to get it to where it is (granted it hasnt taken off as anticipated) but sacking the 'workhorse' is not the answer. Perhaps look further up the chain and take action there first - there are very few people who are dedicated and truly inspired (and inspiring) to lead the change for a better in Lyoness Australia and this is how you treat them!?? Staggering! And i agree.. 'Power of positivity can be slowly (I say quickly) killed by wrong and unfair actions' and that's exactly what is happening with this not well thought out decision. Simon is/was the rock of this great company for the average person. -- agreed totally Brett! ?? ?? ??

This is unbelievable. I'm so upset and disappointed with Lyones poor management. Only few people were inspiring me to belive that things still can change to the better in Lioness Australia and one of the main best Person was Simon. Power of positivity can be slowly killed by wrong and unfair actions and that's what it looks like happening.

On the Gold Coast here, which once was the shining light of Lyoness Australia growth, it is difficult to see any new activity happening. without any field support. The one thing that I always took away from a conversation with Simon was his positivity and enthusiasm about the future of Lyoness in Australia. Cutting that style of support and resource is not the way to encourage confidence in the future.
