Another ridiculous idea putting pressure on an already strained local area and resources. While hemel and St. Albans hospitals are being cut back, we already have train transportation links on the verge of collapse following lapse council planning in allowing overdevelopment in apsley. Sort the infrastructure out first.then you can look at extra housing when people have confidence it can cope.

I am completely opposed to this scheme. It will destroy green belt land and the economic infrastructure. Hemel hempstead will be even more overpopulated than it is already which will not bring positive changes with it.

the Core Strategy goes nowhere close to justifying the exceptional circumstances as to its ravaging of the green belt and abrogates all responsibility for ensuring that the physical and economic infrastructure can sustain the development (highways, utilities, transport, education, health, etc)

I have massive concerns about how this will affect the local wildlife and transport links in the area.

Don't build on this land as you will ruin the charm and the wild life in this area.

The roads round here cant take any more traffic as it is. Its absolute madness to keep building on every patch of green we have left in Hemel.

Green belt is precious.
