As many of you are aware, the decision for the counilc to grant us permission for change of use of a vacant warehouse and turn it into a purpose made gym club and toddler play, was declined.
We are re-applying and therefore need signatures again.

This neighborhood is dying for a place like this. My kids have nowhere to go after school and the old warehouse is just sitting there rotting. Fix it up!
would be so nice to have a gym nearby. keeping my fingers crossed!
my toddler really needs somewhere to burn off energy. please let this happen.
Ridiculous decision. Why leave a perfectly good building empty when people want to use it? Hope they approve it this time.
About time we got something decent in that space. Stop wasting our time and just say yes!

The council is useless. Always blocking stuff that actually helps the community grow. Go for it.
