We the residents who have signed this page refuse to accept these terms of new parking passes for tenants as well as guest passes required past 10PM for non-residents. The office closes at 5-6pm and this regulation makes it very difficult to plan for guests. We are all adults who live in this community and should be treated as them, not over regulated. We feel these new rules are unjust and not in line with our signed leases despite the vague wording in it allowing these changes. It is being manipulated and we do not accept it.

The management office is avoiding my emails about these guest pass rules. They continue to ignore the frustration expressed in the comments here.

I asked management and they told me, the original company put less parking spaces than beds.

If they are going to implement parking pass they need more visitor parking inside the gates.

I WANT OUT OF LEASE! As a student and resident that relies on heavy technology use, the promised "floating wi-fi" has only been a disaster ever since move in with no solutions in 6-months. One of a handful of living headaches in this facility.
