Mr. Ingle has confirmed that our local grocery stores will begin stocking fresh goods from My Gluten-Free Bread Co. This success reflects the strength of our collective request and ensures that these products will soon be available to our entire community.
Although you offer frozen gluten-free baked goods, we want local fresh baked products. We support your offering My Gluten-Free Bread Co. products in your stores.
Since 1 in 133 people currently suffer from Celiac Disease (and this
number is rising), we are all becoming more health-conscious. You
will be providing a wonderful service to the community, great
tasting products, and 10 local jobs!
MGFBCo is a Hendersonville, NC based social-enterprise. 100% of its profit enures to My Place, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organized to support young people ages 18-22 through workforce development, food apprenticeship training, housing, and personal development.
The local interest in fresh gluten-free options remains consistent and encouraging. I am currently preparing a formal proposal for Mr. Ingle to review the community feedback gathered here. Further developments regarding our discussions with the leadership team will be shared as they occur.
