We the undersigned "free people" residing within the State of Florida hereby declare as follows:

1.  The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, was rammed through Congress over the strong objections of the  American people, including those of us residing in the State of Florida, and signed into law By Barack Hussein Obama.

2.   We find the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, to be unconstitutional regardless of the opinion from Justice John Roberts.

3.  We are vehemently opposed to the establishment of State Insurance Exchanges as proposed by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.

4.  We the undersigned "free people" living within the State of Florida did not elect you as our Governor for the purpose of enslaving us to the dictates of this unconstitutional  act.

5.  We the undersigned "free people" living within the State of Florida did not elect you to the Florida Legislature for the purpose of enslaving us to the dictates of this unconstitutional act.

6.    WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT AS CONSTITUTIONAL, AND AS SUCH WE WILL NOT COMPLY WITH ANY PROVISIONS OR MANDATES RELATING TO SAME.
