Dear All, as we all know Brasserie St Jacques was closed down just before Christmas by it's previous owner. The implications of this were that Richard Weiss(Obelix), Cecile and their team were all laid off and our favourite St James Street restaurant was closed. Richard and his team are looking to re-open the venue.

This petition which I urge you to sign is for the Crown Estate to seriously consider Richard and his teams proposal to reopen our favourite Brasserie(albeit under a different name!) If you work locally please add that information on the petition(in comments section) as local support is key.

This petition will be forwarded to the Crown Estate in the next couple of weeks. Please pass this on to all supporters!

Thank you so much and fingers crossed we'll all get an invite to the Grand re-opening soon!

Used to go here every Friday. The food was always consistent and the staff were like family. Make it happen.

St James Street isn't the same without them. Work at the office nearby and we miss our lunches there so much. Bring them back!

Just let them run the place. Why would you keep a successful venue empty?

THIS PLACE WAS THE HEART OF THE STREET. Sad it closed right before the holidays. Really hope they get back in there.

So sad to see it empty. Worked right around the corner for years and it was always our go to spot for meetings. Need this open again.

Richard is local and knows exactly what the community wants. Give them the lease back ASAP.
