I am currently finalizing a formal letter to the Department of Education that details the negative impact this circular will have on staffing stability. Consultations with teacher unions are underway to ensure our specific policy grievances are presented during upcoming discussions.

This is just ridiculous. Young teachers are the future and this circular is basically kicking them to the curb before they even get a proper start. Sort it out.
Ridiculous decision. Schools need fresh talent not just same old same old. Stop making it impossible for new grads to get a job
UNFAIR. Graduates have worked so hard for years just to be told they have no chance. Shame on them for doing this to us.
My daughter just finished her degree and now this happens. Completely demoralizing for everyone entering the profession right now.
Listen to the teachers for once.
