The TWU, APA, and APFA leadership's silence on Tom Horton's $20 million severance is not the reflected position of the members they serve. The employees of AMR are at or near the industry bottom in wage and benefits. It would be unfair and vulgar to award CEO Tom Horton a $20 million severance just so he can keep his head in the game.
