Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Dog Breeding and Marketing) Rules2017
We are pet lovers not criminals,few ngo's for their own marketing have made our pet industry look like criminals and heartless people which is not true.why this unjustification , govt has different definations of cruely for different industries.
1) State govt breed cows for milk perpose.Mother dairy DMS,is it not cruelty.
2)State govt of Kerala and state govt of North East ruled by central govt allowing cattle meat is it not cruelty.
3)Most central govt agencies like crime branch,BSF use dogs for bomb detection dogs hve been given tough trainings and kept under so much pressure of work.is it not crime and cruelty.
4)Some govt agencies use heavy dose of chemicals ans medicinea on dogs and other animals just for experiments,is this not cruelty.
Why this unjustification with pet industry,if you want to bann dog breeding then firstly you should bann cruelty happening in govt sectors with animals.
Prevention to cruelty to animals(dog breeding and marketing) Rules 2017.Awbi and Mrs Menka Gandhi talks abt vague rules which have been made with out any practical knowlege,and cannot be followed in uk or usa and they want it practically to be practiced in india.we all pet lovers are not against licence or any rules but want changes should be done to these rules which can be practically followed by our pet industry, although these rules are being challenged in high court but till date no one from Awbi,pfa has filled any reply in the High court.they should stop forcing for licence till any final verdict comes from the High court,stop harrasing our pet industry .we are pet lovers not criminals.

If government is so much concerned about animal rights and dog breeding , they should work on law for animal treatment and ethical breeding which should be in proper control of self governing body, independent, or subject to its own laws .
I support .... ngo first see the street dogs ... ngo don't treat street dog like a good breed dog ... ngo suggest target pet owners , Pet breeeder for just marketing purpose ....
very disappointed with the Pet Shop rules 2017 government have to take step because no one can full fill this type of rules in India
Pets are my family members we love them ,,, with lots of care 24 hours air conditioning, grooming with expensive imported products, feed them best suitable dog foods....its my passion....
Definately agree as some ngo s have been trying to present a very bad picture of pet industry which is not true at all.just for marketing of their ngo.yes practically these rules r next to impossible to follow in india nd changes should be made.

Sir we are not criminal we are pet lovers.sir agar yeh breeder or pet shop nahi honge tho dog ko achi life kon dega aur inki roji roti kase chalegi inhi ke vajase dog ko naya ghar aur family milti hai.
