Dolls Kill San Bernardino FC Petition

We demand this petition be addressed by Bobby Farahi and Shaudi Lynn at the June 10th All Hands Meeting.

WE STAND TOGETHER.

We stand in solidarity with demands made by the Headquarters and LA Studio workers, their petition can be found here: https://www.ipetitions.com/petition/we-are-dolls-kill.

In addition to those demands, we would like to present our own:

  1. Living Wage.
    1. Minimum wage compensation to start at $15/hr for all San Bernardino Fulfillment Center associates and staff.
    2. Wages to be increased every year by at least $1/hr for all SBFC associates and staff.
    3. Financial compensation to any employee of whom a vehicle is broken-into while it is parked on company property.
  2. Improved Working Conditions.
    1. Adequate amount of swamp cooler fans per department, enough to cover everyone during summer time. Adequate amount of heaters during winter time.
    2. Install ceiling “Big Ass Fans” in the warehouse.
    3. Adequate amount of water stations.
  3. Holiday Pay.
    1. All federal holidays to be paid for all SBFC associates and staff.
  4. Safe Workplace.
    1. Monthly safety training for all staff.
    2. Bi-annual diversity and sexual harassment training for all staff.
    3. Compliance with all safety regulations.
    4. Create channels for reporting sexual harassment, racism and all other types of discrimination and harassment.
    5. Encourage employees and provide a safe way to make suggestions for the improvement of working conditions.
  5. Transparency.
    1. Any and all questions by SBFC Associates at any All Hands Meetings to be allowed, and to not have to go through their manager or the general manager.
    2. Paths to promotion should be clearly mapped out for all SBFC associates and staff.
    3. More than one trained HR professional with appropriate credentials.
    4. Transparency about rate of compensation for each position at SBFC.
