I have been reviewing the feedback provided by residents regarding the proposed electronic sign. The concerns regarding the cost and the visual impact on our community are consistent among those who have come forward. I am preparing these documents to present to the board members at the upcoming meeting.

The momentum behind this petition highlights how many of us desire a more thoughtful approach to community expenditures. This collective expression of concern demonstrates that our neighbors are paying close attention to the decisions made by the HOA board.

Ridiculous. Nobody asked for this. We have email and newsletters for meeting info. Keep our neighborhood looking like a neighborhood not a billboard.

13k for a sign? thats insane. our dues are already high enough without spending money on stuff we dont need. fix the potholes instead.
