We the undersigned residents of Elan Lindbergh at 741 Morosgo Drive. Hereby demand that management stops billing us for the common water area usage. There are no contractual grounds to bill residents for common water usage. This is a breach of our lease agreement.
Our apartment units are sub-metered and per the Utility and Services agreement, we are only to be charged for the water we have actually used. No allocation of common area water usage is permitted under the current contract.
We demand that all monies paid for common area water usage by current residents be refunded immediately. And that all future billing for common area water usage is immediately stopped.
Residents reserve the right to seek additional legal counsel in this matter2 Comments
This is total robbery. I checked my lease and it says nothing about paying for the pool or the lobby water. Refund my money now.

Ridiculous. We pay enough rent already and now they try to sneak in these extra charges on the bill. STOP IT.
