As the last registered (and/or legal) owner of record of the Atlantis Recreational Vehicle, California license plate 6DJE236 you are hereby notified that the undersigned, pursuant to section 6-4-804 of the Codified Ordinances of the County of Orange, California, has determined that said vehicle, or parts thereof (hereinafter "vehicle"), exists as an abandoned, wrecked, dismantled or inoperative vehicle at the cul-de-sac on Altura Rd. Trabuco Canyon, CA in the Wagon Wheel Community and constitutes a public nuisance pursuant to the provisions of section 6-4-800 of said Codified Ordinances.
You are hereby notified to abate said nuisance by the removal of said vehicle within ten (10) days after the mailing of this notice. You are further notified that you may, within ten (10) days after the mailing of this notice of intention, request a public hearing; and if such a request is not received by the Sheriff within such ten-day period, the Sheriff shall have the authority to abate and remove said vehicle without a hearing. Upon removal said vehicle(s) shall not be reconstructed or made operable unless it qualifies for either horseless carriage license plates or historical vehicle license plates pursuant to section 5004 of the Vehicle Code.

The volume of support has secured a meeting with the local municipal code enforcement office to demand immediate action on the Altura Road site. I am now drafting the formal letter of demand that incorporates this public record to expedite the removal process. Further updates will follow once the enforcement timeline is officially established.

How do you teach your children respect if you have no respect for others. Shame on you for wasting the valuable time of law enforcement. Dumping your trashy RV in our community when you live in Coto, is deplorable. I don't know what is more of an embarrassment, your ugly vehicle or your complete disregard of law enforcement & general common courtesy. Act like a responsible adult. Teach your children by example instead of how to avoid your responsibilities by NOT PAYING FOR PROPER STORAGE! Shameful. Stop playing cat & mouse games with the law & grow up!
It's time you pay for storage just like we all have to and stop mooching off of someone else.
Please have this eyesore removed from our community. Get a storage unit or park it on your own street so your neighbors have to look at it.
This large vehicle continues to be parked in a cul de sac where kids "hang out" at late at night; the vehicle blocks a clear view of possible loitering.
Leaving your RV in our neighborhood for many months when you don't even live here is so disrespectful of others. We don't want to look at your trashy RV anymore! It's even worse that you live in Coto. Sell it if you can't afford to store it, like the rest of us.

So many residents in Wagon Wheel have RVs and boats and do not store them on our streets. Please remove your Vehicle. Thank you!
