If you've ever enjoyed a glass of wine or beer at Wilmington Wine, your neighborhood wine shop, please sign our zoning petition to allow us to continue operating as we have for the last five years, within the guidelines set by the NC ABC for retail wine shops, and to prove to the city planning board that the public feels we embody the goals of the Main Street Mixed Use Zoning District as we currently conduct business. To "not adversely affect the physical character and context of such intact areas; and to encourage private investment to improve and stimulate the economic vitality and social character of these areas."

I own a home on Queen Street and walk over to Castle Street frequently and bring a friend from the suburbs. We love to browse the Wilmington Wine selection of fine wines. They are a real assets to our neighborhood. They bring in great clientele along with many of the new establishments in the area. I love living near the upcoming "New Castle Street".
Love this shop!! Always great wine and friendly service. Keep it open!
My wife and I go here every Friday. Never seen a single issue. Leave them alone.
This place is the best part of the neighborhood. Stop trying to shut down small businesses that actually care about the community.
Ridiculous that they have to deal with this harassment. Wilmington needs more spots like this not less.
Wilmington Wine has helped make our neighborhood more vibrant and safe!

There is a hall monitor in every town. Sad sacks, no friends, sorry people that have nothing more important to take care of
