We the members, of Blue Star Mothers of America demand the integrity and honor of the organization be upheld. The membership is the voice of the organization and the convention body is the governing body. The National Executive Board serves as administrative body between conventions according to the governing documents as well as motions, a budget and financial policies approved at convention.
Many allegations and complaints have been brought forward involving infractions and disregard of the organizational rules, policies and procedures by the current National President and many of the current National Officers.
We demand an investigation and resolution to all current grievances and complaints immediately following the opening of the 2012 National Convention, and prior to any further business or agenda.
The momentum behind this effort proves that our membership is ready to hold our leadership accountable. Please contact your delegates today and demand they prioritize these grievances before any other convention business is addressed.

Enough is enough. The rules are there for a reason and they need to be followed by everyone regardless of their title. We cant keep ignoring these complaints.

About time something is done. Our board needs to listen to the members instead of acting like they own the place. DO THE RIGHT THING.

The lack of transparency is just embarrassing for all of us. Hope there is a real investigation soon.
