The scale of this response is compelling enough to force a formal review of the current zoning proposals. I am now coordinating with local legal counsel to draft the official request for a public hearing before the city council.

Please fix this. We want our neighborhood back to how it was.
Traffic on the main road is already a nightmare. How many more cars can this area actually take before the city wakes up?
They promised us a quiet community and now its just constant construction and noise. Do your jobs city hall.
Enough with the zoning changes. We bought here because of the rules and now they just change them whenever some developer asks. Stop it.
Lived in victory lakes for 10 years and its going downhill fast because of this nonsense.

MY PROPERTY VALUE IS TAKING A HIT. NOBODY LISTENED TO US AT THE LAST MEETING AT ALL.
