the borough council just gave us the green light for the veteran memorial dog park. i honestly cant believe this is actually happening after all the meetings and emails. thank you for sticking with me while we pushed for this space.

Let's show support for an off-leash area for our dogs in Manheim Borough!
Since November 2017, I have been researching and presenting ideas to Manheim Borough Council about creating a dog park within our community.
Now, I am drafting a formal proposal to submit before the end of 2018. With this petition, Veteran Memorial Dog Park could be established by 2019.
Upon completion of Veteran Memorial Dog Park, it will be the 3rd off-leash dog area in Lancaster County, PA.
So, let's make history by making a difference, because when we come together our community grows stronger.

Thank you for your signature and support! The Overlook Dog Park is very nice, but it would be better to have one in our own community!
This is a great idea! I love the dog park at overlook but it is too far. Having something similar would be so convenient.
I do not have a dog, but fully support a dog park in Manheim as it will bring visitors to the area to support other businesses in our fun little town!
Thank you for your signature! I agree our small town needs an off-leash area for the dogs to release energy (so it doesn't all go to barking).
We need more safe places for our animals to have quality exercise. This veteran Dog park inspiring to all veterans now and to the future

Absolutely. I don't know where this stands right now, but I do remember seeing the couple at Borough meetings last year. anything I can do to help?
