Verizon Wireless has spent over a year forcing its customers to learn how to use the 'My Verizon' Express panel in its stores so as not to waste the time of the sales representatives on customer service issues. Bottom line: unless you're coming in to purchase an accessory, upgrade or add a line, stay home and manage your own account. Now they want to charge a $2 FEE for customers who use My Verizon to pay their bill. This is outrageous!
