Kaukauna Utilities Payment Fees!!!! As you know Kaukauna Utilities has online payments available to its customers. However, they want you to pay 3.95 a month for this service. They are one of these companies that their city customers have NO CHOICE but to use them. In not having any competition they can make you pay what ever they want to charge you on your bill. To make matters worse they charge you even more for paying your bill online. If you are tired of companies like Kaukauna Utilities taking advantage of their place in our cities sign this petition. If you are sick of all these added fees. Please sign up to tell Kaukauna Utilities that they can no longer take advantage of their customers.

Ridiculous. We already pay enough for electricity as it is. Charging us to use their own website is just a straight up greedy move.
