Starting November 15, 2015, Verizon Wireless will continue to rip off customers by punishing those that have stuck with their grandfathered, unlimited data plans. Verizon customers that have been grandfathered into unlimited data will have their monthly bills increase $20 per phone if they want to keep their unlimited data. I guess Verizon doesn't care at all about losing those customers. I called Verizon tech support and they tried to put the spin on it that it will actually save customers money because they can go to a less expensive plan. WE'RE NOT STUPID. WE HAVE KEPT OUR UNLIMITED DATA PLANS FOR A REASON. Please sign this petition if you want to stop Verizon from punishing their customers that stick with unlimited data. Is this any way for a company to treat loyal customers that have been with them for many years?

this is just a plow to force those of us that have unlimited data plans to switch. In the past they have changed my plan without me knowing it three times without me knowing it. It was only when i looked at my bill that I found that my account was changed.

I have been a customer since 2005...year after year my bill gets higher and higher. It should be the other way around! Ironically I only use on avg 4GB/month. Even though I have unlimited data, I try to use wifi when I can... Not anymore!!

Grandfather customers are required to pay full price on equipment in order to maintain unlimited data. Now Verizon is increasing the price of their service on those same patrons 66% without offering any upgrade in service. The increase in service fees seems unjustified.

If such a small percentage of their customers are on unlimited data and an even smaller percentage of those that use more than the average amount of data, it's hard to make a case that these customers are having any significant effect on the network.

Although it is true that I could currently be saving some $ by changing to a less expensive plan, I kept this unlimited data plan for future-proofing data purposes. I have tripled my data usage in just the last 2 years, who knows what the future may bring.

The price increase isn't justified by just saying we are getting superior service. I have recorded trouble tickets because of my slow data speeds. They say that I'm in a "fringe area" and maybe someday things will improve. It's been years since I started complaining.

Why the increase when vzw is promoting unlimited plans?

Srop the increases. We were grandfathered in and honor that. Stop taking advantage of loyal customers. If grandfathered their should be no increase to keep the original agreement
