I have spent the last few days mapping out the specific traffic flow conflicts mentioned in your recent feedback. I am currently finalizing a formal proposal to present to the town planning commission next month.

Living in any apartment building needs designated visitor parking. It’s something that is typically standard and without a second thought.
Extra garage FOBs, visitor parking and access issues continue to be a problem months into taking possession of our keys.
We need visitor parking.
The builder has really dropped the ball on many issues, including the visitor parking .
I would like to see a visitor’s parking in place. I would also like to rent a parking space.

Not having visitor parking for 8+ months is ridiculous!! Plus, even when we eventually get it, it will be paid parking!!
