My own Sony laptop is still just a paperweight covered in stripes because they refuse to step up. We are nearly at five hundred signatures and that specific number will force them to finally acknowledge that we are not going away.

I am still seeing new reports from people whose screens show those same jagged lines that ruined my own laptop. Sony keeps ignoring our emails but the growing list of names here proves this failure is widespread.

System keeps crashing with no screen or - Graphics card problem GeForce 8400M GT. It sometimes recovers itself but all too ften it doesn't.- have had to system restore a few times too many and impossible to update driver from GeForce site.
Sony Vaio AR61m 1200 euro's! Iv'e got the famous blue lines,. nothing works, total broken. This is a not rocognized model by Sony according to Nvidea problems Sony -> karma is your future, repair your damage!
I have a viao vgn nr32s which has blue vertical lines running down the screen. I have also had a 5 year on going struggle with sony and they keep bringing it back to my warranty expiration well on that matter the issues started 3 days out of warranty and they said it was a driver issue and I refused to accept this as I only use legit drivers. Well I have had no luck now 5 years on and still they wont admit my system was doomed before I bought it so now im gonna try the extreme oven bake solution or heat gun one dependant on my card situation keep fighting the fight guys...!!!
I'm an owner of an VGN-FZ21M. I get the usual problem with the blue vertical lines. Since i was out of waranty I've allready paid lot of money to independend service with no luck. I want to be treated like the other people with the Nvidia defect.
My FZ21E is basically an expensive paperweight now. Same white lines all over the display. Sony support told me it was my fault for using windows updates. What a joke.

I have Vaio VGN FZ 180e whith the same problem,I want Sony publish guidelines to solve the incorret project at least.
