The new Veterans Administration hospital should NOT be built at Brownsboro Road and I-264, or any other suburban site.  The only logical and the most beneficial location for the entire community is the downtown medical center.  This will be symbiotic and integral to the academic and service goals of the University and the community, as well as downtown and NuLu development.  That ultimately benefits the entire community including our veterans.  There will be ample parking provided and it is centrally located to all of Metro Louisville and Southern Indiana.  It's not too late to fix this tragic mistake!
