Lotus River Hospital: Keep It Here
We call on the government to keep Lotus River Day Hospital at its current location, and instead renovate and expand the existing facility onto the open land next to it.

Please don't close lotus river day hospital it is so convenient to go there I go now for the last 20 years there and staff is very friendly and helpful thank you
if government says healthcare must accessible how will moving the day hospital further away improve access for the people who currently depend on it
It's central to all that make use of it presently,safe and affordable to travel especially for the aged and disabled.
The day hospital is central for the old an disabled community, don't take it away from them pls
How on earth does the department think the community is going to get to Ottery "fire station" Safely. So many residents don't even have the money to travel there. And the department is not considering the gang infested area that has to be navigated before reaching their destination. Robbed of most of their belongings en route to hospital. All I see is opportunistic politicians vying for a "Feather in their cap" moment, without considering the community😒
The day hospital is convenient and assembly for everybody in the surrounding area.

Moving our healthcare facility out of Lotus River is an absolute blow to our community. For many of us, this isn’t just a facility on a map—it is the only accessible healthcare hub we have.
