seeing how many people feel the same way about these unfair charges has been wild. the momentum keeps building and its clear were all tired of the current system. thanks for jumping on this so quickly.

im hearing so many stories from people getting hit with these crazy damage bills and its honestly heartbreaking. i have been emailing the housing office to try and get a clear explanation on how they calculate these costs but they are keeping it super vague. keep checking your emails because i think we are finally getting their attention.

The prices they charge for minor scuffs are a total rip off. I got hit with a 50 quid cleaning fee for a tiny mark on the wall that was already there when I moved in.
Ridiculous. We already pay way too much just to live here and they treat us like cash cows for every little thing.
FIX THE ROOMS FIRST. My radiator has been broken for months and they just ignore it but heaven forbid there is a pinhole in the wall.
this is getting out of hand. honestly dont know how they justify these costs

They literally just want to keep our deposits. It is so unfair for students who are already struggling with loans.
