- Residents of Stafford at Langtree request a large pergola, or multiple pergolas, be installed in our pool area to create more shade. We also request more pool chairs. As residents and active users of the common space and pool area, we also request the addition of an amenity such as a stone fireplace or outdoor kitchen, or both. We love and enjoy our community very much, and see great opportunity in these additions only adding to our home value and overall happiness with the community as a whole.

I have submitted a formal request for a meeting with the property management office to discuss the proposed pool area upgrades. My next step involves compiling the specific resident feedback regarding limited shade and seating to present during this discussion.

The pool gets way too hot in the afternoon with zero shade. We seriously need some pergolas out there ASAP!
YES PLEASE. we need more chairs because there is never anywhere to sit on the weekends.
We utilize our pool more then most would expect. We host community events for holidays, family celebrations etc... adding propane grills would help a lot for these things. Last year we had to bring our grills from our homes for these get togethers. Additionally, a fireplace or fire pit would be a great addition to the green space because of all of the time spent in that common space
We really need this! Our community is such a family community, and everyone gets along so well! This would only add to that and make a whole bunch of happy residents who will share their happiness when it comes time to start selling lots again!!
Would love to also maybe see a fitness center or area.

an outdoor kitchen would be awesome for summer cookouts. tired of dragging my own grill down there.
