The Advisory Board along with additional residents will evaluate the age of the present equipment to determine if upgrading the existing equipment is needed. Any piece of equipment older than five years old should be replaced with newer equipment expensed from our HOA funds.

we pay way too much in fees for rusted weights and dusty machines. please update the gym it would be used so much more!

The treadmill in there has been broken for months and the cables on the machine are fraying. It is a total safety hazard at this point. Fix it already.
