I am requesting the Meridian Rolling Hills Club management to generate and present a detailed facility improvement plan. In that plan, we want to see a commitment to achievable projects that have been consistently requested by the club membership, specifically, a schedule for re-surfacing the courts and improving the lighting. The plan needs to have clear milestones for proposed completion. If the Club management does not come up with a plan by Jan. 15, 2009, I will not renew the annual membership dues and go on a month-to-month payment plan.
