As noted below, even though we will have access to the TWO neighborhood facilities, homeowners will not be able to use both facilities at the same time after the old FOB is deactivated. This is unacceptable. We as owner occupied neighbors, should have the opportunity to purchase an additional FOB to use at anytime. A one time fee should be sufficient to cover the application process through Neighborhood Services. This can be limited to OWNER OCCUPIED HOMES.

ATTENTION EVERYONE PLEASE READ!

The new pool and clubhouse will be opening at 8:00am this Saturday, June 11th! Sorry for the late notice, but we just passed the final inspection we needed to open. In order to access the new facility, every homeowner will need to pick up a new key fob. We are trying to make this as easy as possible on everyone and will have a table set up at the new facility on Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm and all you need to do is bring your ID and we will give you the new fob. As a reminder, only one fob per home will be given out. I apologize for the inconvenience, but we were told by the access controls company that the old fobs would work on the new facility and they were completely wrong. The good news is that in two weeks your new fob will work on both facilities so you will only have to keep track of one fob long term. However, you will need your original fob during that two week period to access the original clubhouse, but after that the old fobs will be shut off completely.

Obviously everyone is excited about the pool opening, but we will also have two reps from the company we purchased the fitness equipment from, who will be in the new fitness center on Saturday from 9am to 11am to help show residents how to properly use the new equipment or answer any questions you may have. We will probably do this again sometime during the week, but please take advantage of this opportunity, especially if you are not familiar with fitness equipment but would like to use it.

As a reminder, the new pool (what we are calling the ADULT POOL) will be open through Labor Day. Pool hours are: Tuesday – Sunday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm and will be Closed on Mondays except for holidays. There WILL NOT be a lifeguard on duty so please be aware of that. Below are rules that need to be followed even though there will not be a lifeguard present. We are counting on residents to self-police this pool:

NO GLASS CONTAINERS allowed of any kind.

No pets allowed at the facilities.

No running on the pool deck.

No diving anywhere anytime.

Swimming alone is prohibited.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please exit the pool and patio area in a timely manner at closing time.

Dispose of your trash in the provided trash cans.

There should be no tobacco (smokeless or otherwise) usage anywhere near the pool area.

Please enjoy the new facility, but be safe and have a great summer.
