Cyber bullying is getting out of control and kids are suffering way too much. The laws are totally outdated and dont fit the world we live in now. About time someone changed this.

Fix this now. My nephew dealt with this and the school couldn't do a thing because the handbook is stuck in the 90s. Keep up the good work kids!
