Many people are fed up fighting with universal credits systems and many of us are really struggling to make ends meet on this service. Complaints procedure is a joke, and messages in the journal and constantly phoning them for problems which are their faults. messages not being read and dealt with accordingly just passed on too someone else who doesn't have a clue what they are doing. Universal credits should be scrapped!
