I spent half the afternoon stuck on hold listening to that same repetitive music again and honestly the sheer incompetence is just exhausting. People keep sending me messages about how they are literally running out of food and skipping classes because the money is missing and it makes my head spin trying to figure out how they are actually allowed to operate like this.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. been on hold for forty minutes today just to be told they lost my documents again. sort it out!!
They owe me thousands and wont give me a straight answer. sick of this.
Paying over a pound a minute to sit on hold is criminal when they have already messed up my application. i might have to drop out if this keeps up.
Total disaster of a system. go back to local offices before even more students lose their uni spots.
Still waiting on my maintenance loan and its almost Christmas. how am i supposed to eat? this is a total joke.

My parents are having to send me money just to pay rent because my loan hasnt arrived. the LEA system worked fine stop trying to fix things that arent broken.
