We, the members of Unite the Union at DPD Group, hereby register a vote of no confidence in the full time Union officials (Regional & National) who are failing in their duties to represent the will of the membership.
Seeing this level of momentum is completely overwhelming because I honestly never thought so many of you felt the same way. This is not about me but about the collective frustration you are all expressing so clearly. I am genuinely humbled to see how far this has traveled.

It’s now May and we still haven’t received 2024 pay rise , Absolutely disgraceful approach from Unite who don’t seem to want to reach an agreement. Cancelled my membership last month.

Slow decisions.. recommended to strike and then failed to action . Needs urgent attention during busy period .
I pay monthly yet do not feel the money I pay is doing anything for us while there is people being paid the minimum wage by a company making huge profits for its shareholders.

We need complete overhaul of the union officials , should be standing for its member not the fat cats above. It’s time to take these officials out of the company’s pocket
