this is going to be a total nightmare for the hoa. please just leave it alone.
NO UNIONS. Costs will skyrocket for everyone and the service will probably go downhill.
Keep the union out. We dont need extra costs and drama here.
Why mess with a good thing? Everyone is happy here.
Completely agree. Our staff is already treated well and we get along great without some third party interference.

Bad idea. Fees are high enough as it is.
