The momentum behind this is undeniable. It is clear that the community is not staying silent on this asset purchase.

We need to stop this now. The pricing is way off and it just doesnt make any sense for us to buy in.
seriously?? fix the roads first before we talk about buying assets. way too much debt.
This whole deal is a bad move for all of us. Why are we even considering taking on all these liabilities? Huge mistake.
NO! We should NOT be paying for these assets. My property taxes are high enough already thanks.
Ridiculous that they think we want this. Keep the homeowners out of the business side of things.

Total scam. POAGI representting themselves not the people living here. Leave the assets where they are.
