We the undersigned call on our employer, Devon Partnership Trust, to withdraw from membership of the South West Employers Pay Consortium and reject any plans to cut staff pay and conditions by creating a regional pay framework that operates outside of the National Agenda for Change agreement. We believe that the Trust should instead, continue to work in partnership with local Staff-Side Unions and through the NHS Employers organisation at the National NHS Staff Council
The level of engagement this petition has received highlights the strength of our collective commitment to the national pay framework. This momentum demonstrates that our staff deserve stability and fairness through established agreements rather than regional alternatives.

Regional pay is just a backdoor way to cut our wages. Don't do it.

Enough is enough. NHS staff work way too hard just to have their pay messed with like this. We need to stick to the national agreement.
