I have spent my mornings on the phone trying to explain that we are a small family business just trying to keep the lights on. Your notes about the unfairness of this situation give me the strength to keep fighting the TSSA despite their cold indifference. We are not going anywhere while there is still a chance to save our livelihood.

Seeing this level of support for Leeside Service Plus reinforces that people understand the unfairness of this situation. My family has put everything into this business and knowing you are behind us gives me the strength to keep fighting the TSSA.

TSSA needs a reality check. You are killing small business in this town. STOP THE SHUTDOWN.
My family has lived in Leeside for 30 years and we need this place. The TSSA is just bullying them because they cant fight back.
This is totally unfair. How can they expect a new owner to fix everything in 2 days when the government took 6 years to show up?
Taxpayers are paying for these guys to just go around and collect fines. Nobody is in danger here. Let them work.
Ridiculous. They go after the little guy but ignore the big chains who break rules every day. Leave this station alone.

I am not from this area. However TSSA has shut down every single "independent" service station in our area. Their motives are: 1. reduce competition to ensure only major brands survive. 2. by repeatedly finding deficiencies they must return and re-insect...and increase their "income"...at your expense. This should be a government run body. It should not be contracted to a "3'rd party".
