For years, District721 has been working hard to create a vibrant, safe, and inclusive place for everyone on the island : a space where people can eat, drink, dance, and connect.
Unfortunately, our business has been repeatedly targeted and unfairly shut down due to false accusations made by the economic & tourism minister of Sint Maarten.
These actions are not only damaging to our team and our guests, but also to the local community and nightlife that District721 helps bring to life.
We’ve always operated with respect, transparency, and a genuine love for this island.
All we ask for is fair treatment and the right to keep doing what we do best : bringing people together.

District est un endroit qui permet aux locaux ainsi qu’aux touristes de passer un bon moment. La nourriture est bonne, l’ambiance parfaite et les employés géniaux. Une diversité musicale. Franchement je comprends pas l’acharnement sur cette établissement. Vous les reprochez quoi ?
This is a unique venue on the island at all everything from ambience, great music, and variety food choices. It is a great place to bring tourist/group or hang out with a group of friends. I always feel safe at this venue and I’m proud to break my guest to the island to visit the venue.
Gardons ce lieu ouvert, trop d’emplois et de familles sont en jeux! De plus cela permet d’avoir un bar tendance reconnu par des plus grand nom! Et apporte à St-Martin ce côté Chic et fun!
The district 721 has an unusual atmosphere, for a chill evening eat good sushi, pizza or burger and then the good atmosphere with a very professional team tourists love it and the locals too! We love district 721 leave it open
You guys deserve to stay open, hardworkers, one of the best place of st.martin. What a shame from the government

This is a tourist/local attraction. If there is a problem with the sound level, they should have an efficient time they close or turn down.. Every problem has a solution.
