Dear Malaysian Uber driver,
This petition is created for those who got a ride request from KLIA and needed to be send to a non flat rate area.
We would like UBER to consider for drivers that get this request to area such as Cyberjaya, Salak Tinggi, Sepang and Nilai, to be given benefit and fare as follow:-
1) A minimum fare starting from MYR30.00 from KLIA to anywhere. (This has been practiced in Dubai)
2) Driver will jump FIFO queue to 11-20 if should they return to KLIA within 15 kilometer range from the airport.
3) Flat rate should applicable to Lembah Klang area inclusive of Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Ukay Perdana, Seremban and Port Dickson area. For Hulu Langat, Rawang, Serendah, Kuala Selangor and Sabak Bernam we urge UBER to consider a special rate RM100 because its distance from KLIA.
4) KLIA/KLIA2 FIFO waiting area is extend till Mitsui Outlet Plaza.
5) Double flat rate to Genting Resort World from KLIA which is from KLIA-KL RM65 and from KL-GENTING RM140 for X category, and from KLIA-KL RM110 and from KL-GENTING RM180 for XL category.
6) We hope UBER can cooperate with Malaysia Airport Berhad for a designated waiting area for drivers. It can reduce traffic congestion and at the same time easy for authority to monitor the illegal soliciting of customer.
We hope with this petition it will boost the productivity and is more profitable to UBER itself.

Two hundred and fifty names on this list already which honestly blows my mind because I really thought this would just be me shouting into the void about the airport queues alone. I keep refreshing the page just to make sure it is not a glitch because the way things are moving makes me think someone at headquarters might actually have to listen to us for once.

I've been in this situation once where I waited in que at KLIA almost 4 hours and 30minutes. later on got a trip to salak tinggi and fare was like rm13. that was my worst day ever.
Untuk order distance dari klia1/2 jika tidak melebihi 35km system que tidak akan hilang jika membuat penghantaran dan pulang semula, normal flat untuk short distance RM45
Agreed. Sometimes been waiting for 3-4 sometime 5 hours then only get rider to Nilai which the fare only RM15. Then reached KLIA we have to start again que number which is around 120-130 que. Kinda disappointed. Pls consider this request
Terbaik... Kerana kami memerlukan ruang parking kereta untuk menunggu FIFO.. Buat masa sekarang ramai yang berhenti di tepi-tepi jalan Sultan sekitar laluan masuk ke KLIA/KLIA2.
To get a reasonable fare for KLIA trip because we as a driver need to queue before we get a trip after a long time waiting. Sometimes the fares is not worth it after the waiting.

You guys in Uber has database of all partners working in different cities, so you can make separate queues for partners working in different cities as well, should they choose them.
