The messages coming through my inbox are just exhausting to read because they confirm exactly what I feared about the harassment we are all facing. I have been drafting a formal letter to the administration while trying to keep my own head above water and frankly it is becoming a full time job just to document all the nonsense happening right now.

I really did not think this would take off like it has when I started typing everything out in a panic last night. Seeing so many people actually feel this same frustration is honestly overwhelming because for a while there I felt like I was just shouting at a wall (or maybe just into the void of my own kitchen). We have some real weight behind us now so we seriously need to figure out our next move before they even know what hit them.
