To Whom: Prescott USFS Recreation Div, USDA Forest Svc SW div, Etc 

Purpose: Address for review of restoration or transfer of ownership, responsibilities, and historical preservation for the Turney Gulch/CCC built Tennis Court and Community Center Area. 
Why is this important?: - Crown King Athletics: A place for residents and visitors to enjoy outdoor sporting activities such as tennis, basketball, children's swings and a ball diamond. - Preserve Historical Aspect of the Horsethief Recreation Area and the Tennis Court/Community Center area originally built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930's. - Improve Visitor Satisfaction in regards to facilities and service near campground areas and help control vegetation and fire prevention by having well maintained areas for campers to visit. - Improve relationship/contact with community between Prescott USFS Recreation Division(Recreation Strategy Program). - Possibility to generate revenue to cover annual maintenance with Day use fees, Event fees (Sportsman/OHV/Other Events), RV Site usage, etc. - Have an area updated to meet current Handicap requirements; an area that can service all.
