im still reading through all the notes you guys are leaving about the wildlife and traffic out by colbert diamond hill road. i have been putting together a packet of all these concerns to drop off at the county commissioners office later this week.

this is getting way more traction than i ever thought possible and it feels wild to see so many neighbors speaking up about the bush creek area. honestly i am blown away by the energy you guys are bringing to this. lets keep that same focus now that people are finally starting to pay attention.

I have a brand new house at 1149 Diamond Hill Colbert Rd. I do not wish to live near a subdivision of this matter. I do not wish to have my property value decreased because of such project. I wish to vote no to this project. Thanks, Tim Strickland's
Our water system can not support the amount of homes they plan on putting there. I believe that this will cause more crime in our neighborhood as well. It is a disaster waiting to happen. I say NO.
We chose 1400 Brush Creek Rd. because of its rural location and privacy. Our choice was based on the assumption that Madison County would preserve its low density plan for land use, viz. 1 to 5 acres.
my husband and I are opossed to the rezoning of this tract,This rezone can cause lots of problens due to the lot sizes and house sizes .We believe it should stay the same.Rezoning anddiminishing lot sizes,etc should not be permitted by the Commission if it is contrary to the opinion of the surrounding land owners.
This in no way fits in with the rural feel of madison county. Once it starts, it will snowball into a mess. There are enough developments already. It will spiral out of control just like in east Orange county. We had to move due to traffic and crime
Do not want trailers on property nor houses. Leave the land alone .
No he wants to ruin our neighborhood with cheap houses on small lots. Too many houses for the amount of land.

I am signing this petition because of the number of proposed homes, dbl wides etc...I feel strongly about the numbers verses amount of land. I would hope that the commissioners will consider these numbers.
