I am signing this petition because of the number of proposed homes, dbl wides etc...I feel strongly about the numbers verses amount of land. I would hope that the commissioners will consider these numbers.

I have a brand new house at 1149 Diamond Hill Colbert Rd. I do not wish to live near a subdivision of this matter. I do not wish to have my property value decreased because of such project. I wish to vote no to this project.

Our water system can not support the amount of homes they plan on putting there. I believe that this will cause more crime in our neighborhood as well. It is a disaster waiting to happen. I say NO.

I moved here for less people and more animals (like farm animals) don't change the land the world is full of empty lots now.

This request for rezoning needs to be permanently denied. Citizens of the county have already vehemently expressed their concerns over this issue not that long ago. Please refer to the minutes and resultant commissioner vote that are on record.

We chose 1400 Brush Creek Rd. because of its rural location and privacy. Our choice was based on the assumption that Madison County would preserve its low density plan for land use, viz. 1 to 5 acres.

my husband and I are opossed to the rezoning of this tract,This rezone can cause lots of problens due to the lot sizes and house sizes .We believe it should stay the same.Rezoning anddiminishing lot sizes,etc should not be permitted by the Commission if it is contrary to the opinion of the surrounding land owners.

We oppose the rezoning of this property. We believe the 5 acre+ lots should remain and the zoning laws remain as they were when we purchased our home.
