This is a petition for the City of Tucson not to be recognized by the City of Tempe as part of the great State of Arizona on December 6, 2008, but instead as an unicorporated territory of the United States of America. This date coincides with the battle for the "Territorial Cup" between Arizona State Univeristy in Tempe and the University of Arizona in Tucson.
