KICK CALIFORNIA OUT OF THE UNION

WE The People, of the United States of America, now Petition Congress and Senate for a referendum vote regarding the continued membership of the State of California in the Union, as a legal State. While there is nothing in the Constitution which gives the Congress, Senate, President, or Supreme Court, to revoke the Statehood of a rogue territory, this does not bar the PEOPLE from calling it into question and demanding a vote, being that by Amendment 9 of the US Constitution any rights not explicitly given to the Government by document of the Constitution, revert back to the PEOPLE.

Therefore, request, no we demand that he question of California's continued Statehood should be put to an immediate vote.

The specific reasons for this drastic measure are as follows:

1. The State of California has repeatedly ignored Federal Orders of the United States Government.

2. The State of California has publicly thumbed it's nose at this Union, it's President, his Cabinet, and even your esteemed bodies of both the House and the Senate.

a. By creating "sanctuary cities" for foreign persons who are here illegaly and in direct contradiction to the Senate, the Congress, and the laws of these great United States.

b.The State of California demonstrates open disdain for the Union and for the Constitution.

3. The State of Florida, specifically it's sitting Governor, have traveled abroad and engaged in diplomatic discussions with foreign countries, without being authorized to do so by We the People, and further the State of California has acted on its own behalf in those discussions, as if it were a separate sovereignity.

4. The State has interfered with duly appointed representatives of the United States Government at regular intervals and in full sight of all of America, further degrading our (We the People's) authority over this Union, and attempting to seize the authority for themselves that belongs only the People of the United States (not the Government of California).

We therefore, pray, and demand both that this vote be called and should California's Statehood be deemed forfeit, we shall disband the California State Government, revert all public lands to the adjacent States on every border (distributing evenly and fairly), and California will be absorbed.

Furthermore, if We the People decide that we need 50 States, some other applicant can be received from the Unstated territories. For example, Puerto Rico or even the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (which has expressed a desire to have Statehood) shall be granted as a State in California's Stead.
