Route 113 in Trappe Pa. is a state highway with a posted 40 mph speed limit. This highway runs directly along the front of South Elementary School. There is no posted 15 mph speed limit to slow down drivers. Sooner or later someone is going to get hurt by one of these speeding vehicles. We want Penndot along with Trappe Borough to install and enforce a flashing 15 mph school zone on route 113 in front of south Elementary.
